How It Works?

Welcome to our 1ROSE Speed Dating event! Here’s everything you need to know to make the most out of your evening:

Arrival and Number Picking

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. Upon arrival, you’ll pick a number, which will be used later in the evening for a special chance to spin the Rose Roulette. This process will take about 10 minutes.

  • Complimentary Drink: Don’t forget to grab your token at check-in and redeem it for a complimentary drink at the bar downstairs.

Speed Dating Rounds

  • 13 Rounds: Each round lasts 7 minutes. During these rounds, you will meet a variety of singles and have the chance to make connections.

  • Unique Twist: With 14 tables, you will miss meeting 1 person from the event. This adds an element of intrigue, mystery, and excitement. At the end of the night, you’ll have the chance to mingle with everyone, including the 1 person you missed. Who knows? That 1 might just be the one for you!

Surprise Rounds

  • 2 Surprise Rounds: After Round 4 and Round 8 you’ll participate in a Surprise Round featuring quick mini-games, each lasting 3 minutes and not included in your speed dating time. These rounds are designed to spark new connections and add an extra layer of excitement to the evening.

Breaks

  • 2 Breaks: Enjoy two 12-minute breaks during the event to relax and get ready for the next round of dates.

Trivia Round

  • Final Trivia Round: Enjoy a fun and engaging trivia session lasting 8 minutes. The winning table will receive a winning prize each!

Rose Roulette

  • At the End of the Night: One lucky number from the draw will have the chance to spin the Rose Roulette. Prizes worth up to $250 can be won, perfect for treating the one you admire on a date. Check our Instagram page 1ROSE_AU for more details on the prizes.

After the Event + Missed Connection Opportunity

  • Once the event concludes, you will have the chance to make a special connection even more meaningful. Present your rose to the person who truly sparked your interest. We hope this gesture leads to an exciting second date and marks the start of something special.
  • You will also have a unique opportunity to make a final connection. You’re encouraged to mingle and approach the 1 person you missed during the event. This could be your chance to connect with someone truly special. If you think that person might be the 1 for you, don’t hesitate to make your move!
